Any service or product purchased via the thirdidigital.com can be cancelled within 7 days for any reason, by giving written notice through e-mail to info@iiirdi.com or contacting directly at IIIrdi store. In the event of a cancellation, 10% of the original fee will be deducted to cover Administration Costs.
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the IIIrdi require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the IIIrdi within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.
